Milkwood’s Parents and Friends Craft Group

Milkwood’s Parents and Friends Craft Group will run on the last Wednesday of every month, from 8:15-10am in the Honeysuckle room. All welcome to join us to craft and chat as we stitch, cut, felt, weave, dye, whittle, dip and print.

The Craft Group is a wonderful opportunity to learn and share craft skills, and to create resources for the school, which may be used in classrooms or festivals/events or sold at craft stalls.
Children are welcome to come along, but the activities planned are for adults; children can enjoy free play in the Honeysuckle room or yard, under their parent’s supervision.
Lucy Neville (playgroup leader) will be facilitating the craft group, and warmly welcomes anyone with crafty skills to get in touch to discuss sharing opportunities.
Please let Isabelle in the office know, admin@milkwood.nt.edu.au if you’re planning to attend, so that we can get an idea of numbers and have the right amount of resources.

In Term 2, Craft Group will meet after school drop-off, on Wed April 27 and Wed 25 May.
